  Buyer: A person registered as a user to access the Website and who buys an Object through the Website.
  Description: All details of an Object as presented on the Website, which may include the name of the artist, designer or manufacturer, the title of the Object, and additional details such as:
  For artworks: artist’s signature/date (if any), surface, medium, dimensions, year, provenance, and any other relevant information.
  Seller: The entity that has consigned the Object for sale on the Studio Catalyst by Anant Art website.
  Website: All publicly accessible websites owned by Anant Design Pvt. Ltd (www.anantart.com and www.studiocatalyst.in).
• Terms and Conditions
  These terms and conditions govern the use of the Website owned and operated by Anant Design Pvt. Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Link House, 3, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi – 110002 (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” and as “Studio Catalyst by Anant Art” where contextually appropriate).
  These terms form the entirety of any express or implied contract between you (the user) and us regarding the use of the Website.
• General Terms
  – Objects listed for sale on the Website may not be in the physical possession of Studio Catalyst by Anant Art and may be located globally.
  – The listed price does not include duties, taxes, shipping, and handling. These will be charged as applicable, based on the location of the Object and the Buyer’s shipping address.
  – The Buyer is liable for any applicable duties and taxes in addition to the Object’s price.
  – Invoices will be raised based on the Buyer’s registration information (or as amended at purchase). Payments must come from the registered Buyer. Any deviation may cause delays or rejections in order processing.
  – Accepted payment modes will be specified in the invoice. Studio Catalyst by Anant Art is not responsible for non-accepted payment methods.
  – Placing an order constitutes irrevocable acceptance of purchase. Unless cancelled by us within 3 working days due to a Seller default or Buyer’s breach, it forms a binding contract.
  – Studio Catalyst by Anant Art reserves the right to cancel any order prior to delivery without assigning any reason.
  – Delivery will occur once full payment is received and all required documentation is completed. Transit insurance is included unless the Buyer states otherwise.
  – If a Buyer chooses to collect an Object, the collection must be completed within two weeks of payment. Failure to do so may result in storage at the Buyer’s expense or disposition of the Object, with any refund reduced by applicable costs.

  Buyers agree to:
  Provide accurate and up-to-date information (including payment details).
  Pay all charges and applicable taxes.
  By sharing your email address with us, you consent to receiving important announcements and updates from Studio Catalyst by Anant Art.
  All Artworks sold on the Website are backed by an authenticity guarantee from Studio Catalyst by Anant Art on behalf of the Seller.
  Buyers with Indian billing addresses are invoiced in INR; international buyers are invoiced in USD based on listed pricing.
  You agree to comply with the provisions in the order forms submitted and confirm that all details provided (including card information) are accurate.
  Any data shared is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  All content on the Website is copyright protected in favour of Anant Art and/or its suppliers. All trademarks, brand names, etc., used are owned by Studio Catalyst by Anant Art or its affiliates. Any reproduction, transmission, exploitation, use, modification, publication, processing, transformation, compilation, modification, distribution, dissemination, or communication, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Website is prohibited without the prior written consent of Studio Catalyst by Anant Art. All rights are reserved unless expressly granted. The use of our Website is limited to private and personal use of its content, to the exclusion of any other purpose, always in compliance with the law.

• Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
  No cancellations are allowed once the Object has been sold and full payment has been received.
  Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information at registration and purchase. Studio Catalyst by Anant Art reserves the right to:
  Act on the provided information.
  Request additional information or verification.
  Suspend or cancel registration if information is found to be inaccurate.
  Reinstate registration upon satisfactory correction.
• Availability
  Studio Catalyst by Anant Art reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the procedures, technical aspects, commercial or other improvements of our Website. We may also temporarily disable our Website and/or limit its use if we consider it necessary (for example, for reasonably necessary maintenance) or in case of force majeure.   Laws of the United States of America, if the Seller is located outside India.
  Jurisdiction:
  Mumbai, India, for Sellers in India.
  New York, USA, for Sellers outside India.
  Use of the Website in any jurisdiction that does not recognise these terms is unauthorised.
  No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created between you and us through your use of the Website.
• Severability
  If one or more provisions of the Terms and Conditions are null or invalid for any reason, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions, which will remain in force. We will replace the null and/or invalid parts with valid provisions, which will have similar legal consequences as far as possible, taking into account the content and purpose of the Terms and Conditions.
• Entire Agreement
  The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
